The apartment building has a full time live in Concierge who maintains the property and grounds, and a back door leads you to Rue de la Californie. . where you will find local bakeries, delicatessens, cafes, bars, hairdressers, dry cleaning services and supermarkets. The area is secure and safe for walking and close to all local attractions. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building with access by elevator and / or stairs. For local shopping and grocery stores turn left when exiting onto the Promenade des Anglais and make your first left onto Magnan, Cross at the traffic lights and go a little further up and you will see a large supermarket called CASINO. . . you can stock up on all your staple items here, as well as necessary toiletries. There is a small surcharge of 30 euros, 30 dollars or 20 pounds sterling for the use of sheets, towels, linens and the cleaning thereof upon departure. This price also includes the cleaning of the apartment itself upon your departure. All other incidentals such as gas, electricity, water and the use of the air conditioning are included in the price of the weekly rental. |
